|HOW IT WORKS|
|Sending your device for repair|
|Fill in the form titled “Send for Repair" that can be found on our Contact Page. Print out the form, fill it in and send it to us with the faulty device. If a quote was given by phone or email please let as know by completing the quotation field.|
|Receiving your device|
When your device arrives safely, we will send you a confirmation email that it has done so. Please allow 2 to 4 working days fixing time. When your device is repaired and fully tested, we will ship your device back to you once payment is made in full.|
We offer two delivery options: Royal Mail 3-4 days at £7.99 insured up to £500 or DPD next day at £12
We are not responsible for any loss of data stored on the device, so please back up your data (where possible )before sending your device to us.
The Data protection policy sets out our responsibility to use your protected data (name, address, phone number, email address and any other information regarding your personal information) fairly, lawfully and transparently and just for specified purposes.
|Payment and Refund|
Payment can be made by phone via Debit and Credit card for no extra charge.
We also accept bank transfer, in this case the device will be returned when we receive cleared funds.|
We can issue a refund using any method agreed by the customer.
We do NOT SAVE any information regarding your credit or debit card.
